Sarah Vitek is a Partner and Registered Architect at Locus Design Collaborative. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional, attempting to incorporate sustainability and green design in every project we work on.  Sarah founded Locus Design in 2017 and the firm has been growing in leaps and bounds since.  She has taken a hands-on approach with hundreds of clients and stays involved in every aspect of a project from beginning to end. This has led to a career of repeat clients, some for as many as 20 years.

 

At Locus Design Collaborative Sarah strives for a firm with happy employees and a great work-life balance, which is reflected in our work. Sarah specializes in Corporate Interior Design with a wide breadth of experience in financial services, legal, retail and medical practice areas.  Many of her long term relationships with landlords have also led to consistent, quality building marketing, stacking, and repositioning work. 

 

Sarah received her B.F.A. in Architecture & Urban Design from New York University. She has worked in the Fairfield County market for more than two decades, with her clients bringing her along as they expand across the globe. Over the years, she has also maintained a relationship with the local community and philanthropic groups, including volunteering with Literacy Volunteers in Stamford, supporting the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative, and belonging to the Fairfield county chapter of Real Estate Divas. In her free time Sarah can be found at her lake house staring up at the stars and contemplating string theory.
